Life happens in the everyday. At home and work, in the grocery store line, during tough training sessions, eating dinner with your family, and while navigating a plethora of joyous, monotonous, and challenging moments.
There's a philosophy that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you choose to respond. I’m incredibly inspired by the power of that choice! The choices we make in our mindsets, behaviors, and responses to life events can impact and improve all dimensions of our well-being, training, and performance. I’m here to help everyday athletes flourish in all aspects of their everyday lives through the mindset, behaviors, and responses they choose to bring to it!

I strive to:
Support endurance athletes in developing sustainable habits, behaviors, and mindsets to improve their overall well-being, training, and performance.
Equip clients with skills to thrive in everyday life and navigate challenging experiences through intentional choices.
Create meaningful connections and fun moments with clients and audience participants.
My Approach
My philosophy is grounded in whole person well-being, positive psychology, and behavior change. Using my knowledge of these subjects, I help clients develop sustainable habits, behaviors, and mindsets, understand their unique needs, strengths, and preferences, and choose intentional and authentic responses to approach everyday life, training, and racing more positively.
