Whether you’d like to approach everyday life more effectively or enhance your endurance sport training and performance, I love working with clients to help them leverage the power of behaviors and mindset.

Well-being and mindset coaching is a unique relationship that enables you to harness the impact of developing consistent habits and routines, and the adaptability of your mind. Together we will partner to identify your strengths, changes you’d like to make in your life, and potential within yourself to pursue your goals. It’s a meaningful, energizing, and life-changing experience! All you need is the desire and willingness to actively engage in the process!

There are two beliefs I hold as guideposts when well-being mindset coaching:

  1. All individuals are capable of making choices and developing the skills to live well…sometimes it’s just nice to have someone coach you through the process.

  2. I believe each person knows what’s best for their own life, but I hope to facilitate conversations and prompt reflection that creates a new understanding of the options before you.

Example topics we may work on in wellbeing and mindset coaching:

  • Fitting exercise and/or training into your life more effectively

  • Setting expectations and goals related to training and race performance

  • Optimizing well-being topics such as sleep, mental health, work/life balance, and nutrition

  • Managing health conditions, navigating career change, and any other topics you feel impact your well-being

As a wellbeing and mindset coach, you can expect me to…

  • Provide guidance through behavior change and mindset modification to assist you in developing skills and strategies for pursuing your best life, training, and endurance performance.

  • Assist you in bringing greater mindfulness to your emotions, effectively apply your personal values in your responses to life, and support you in living with intentionality and authenticity.

  • Utilize my background in counseling, knowledge of positive psychology, brain science, and behavior change, and experience as an endurance athlete to offer an interdisciplinary coaching experience.

  • Support, yet gently challenge you when I identify potential growth areas.

  • Leave you feeling heard, empowered, and supported.

  • Be open minded and inclusive in my approach, tailoring our interactions to your needs and identities.

  • Actively listen to genuinely understand your story, goals, values, and priorities.
