Speaking
Engaging and inspiring audiences of all sizes through keynotes, tailored workshops, and presentations is one of my favorite things to do!
With an energetic and genuine personality, I easily connect with attendees and participants as I share my message and strategies for living an authentically positive life and with increased well-being, both in person and via virtual presentations.
I also understand that no audience wants boring facts and figures thrown at them, so my style is geared towards providing content that is tailored, tangible, relevant, and interesting.
Having fun is one of my goals in life, so you can be sure that I bring this approach to my speaking engagements!
